JB Training LLC provides a variety of Reality-Based Pistol courses for all skill levels from never shot a gun to an advanced shooter. We have a course that is appropriate for your skill and knowledge level. All of our courses meet the training requirements for applying for a Florida Florida Concealed Weapon or Firearm License.

Course Descriptions
- Concealed Weapon or Firearm License Course - Meets the minimum training requirements for applying for a Florida Concealed Weapon or Firearm License.
- Equipment Selection for Concealed Carry - Provides the participant with the information needed to select a defensive handgun and the other pieces of equipment that go along with that selection
- Self Defense Shooting from Zero to 21 Feet – Teaches the student basic point shooting techniques and introduces the students to the legal, moral, and ethical aspects involved when shooting in self defense.
- Self Defense Shooting from Zero to 25 Yards - Part 1 - Part 1 teaches students how to use their pistol sights to make precision distance shots, how to incorporate movement into their shooting regime and how to shoot from varied positions and on the move. Additional information is provided on the legal, moral, and ethical aspects involved when shooting in self defense.
- Self Defense Shooting from Zero to 25 Yards Part 2 –Part 2 teaches advanced point shooting techniques including dynamic movement, shooting on the move and other advanced techniques.
- Preparation for Force-on-Force - Prepares the participant for the type of shooting that will be done in the Force-on-Force classes.
- Advanced Tactics for Self Defense Force-on-Force Level 1 The Level 1 FOF course moves the student from shooting on a flat range to being able to engage other shooters using simple drills and exercises.
- Advanced Tactics for Self Defense Force-on-Force Level 2 - The Level 2 FOF course uses simple scenarios that require some problem solving.
- Advanced Tactics for Self Defense Force-on-Force Level 3 - The Level 3 FOF course uses complex scenarios that require planning and problem solving.
- Shoot/No Shoot Video Scenarios - Uses video scenarios projected onto a screen. The participants react to the scenarios by using a real pistol which has been fitted with a laser insert
- NRA Pistol Classes - First Steps Pistol, Basic Pistol,. Personal Protection in the Home, and Personal Protection Outside the Home are available for those persons who wish to take NRA training. All NRA courses meet the training requirements for applying for a Florida Concealed Weapon or Firearm License. NRA classes are conducted in conjunction with Accurate Edge LLC. The owner of this company is an NRA Training Counselor and can schedule NRA Instructor courses as well.
- Private Shooting Lesson - We offer private shooting lessons that can be customized to meet individual needs and skill requirements.
