Using a Safety Bullet®
Load the Safety Bullet® in your firing chamber. If a kid or an intruder pulls the trigger on YOUR gun the Safety Bullet® primer will fire and drive the ram into the firing chamber. The ram locks the gun up. At this point, the gun becomes an instant paperweight. To clear the gun you must take the specific action explained in your Safety Bullet® package to return your gun to firing condition. An intruder or a child is highly unlikely to know how to clear the pistol. Clearing the pistol takes only a few seconds using the tool provided in the package.
Since you put the Safety Bullet® in the chamber you know it's in there. If you need your firearm, simply cycle the action and it will eject the Safety Bullet® and load a live round.
